FARMVILLE, Va. – Longwood University men's and women's cross country has been idle from competition since the Blue Ridge Open hosted by Appalachian State University on October 14 in Boone, North Carolina.  The Lancers, coached by fifth-year head coach Catherine Hanson, return to action on Saturday, November 12, at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships hosted by the University of Louisville. The men's 10K race begins at 10 a.m., followed by the women's 6K race at 11:15 a.m. – both ran at the E.P. 'Tom' Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Kentucky.
